The brief:
Develop and implement a strategic communications plan for the core business areas of the Somerleyton Estate including Somerleyton Hall, Fritton Lake, Woodland Lodges, The Duke’s Head gastro pub and Fritton Hotel, Bar and Restaurant.

Kiss conducted a review of all existing marketing expenditure, plans and objectives, which included a thorough analysis of the competitive environment.
Kiss developed a robust and comprehensive communications strategy, which identify marketing opportunities to position the Somerleyton Estate as a market leader in the increasingly competitive East Anglian tourism industry.

Through a combination of PR, direct marketing and advertising, the Estate has had a successful year across all core areas of the business resulting in being shortlisted for two major tourism awards.
