The brief:
Provide strategic guidance and develop a tactical marketing plan in order to deliver corporate and brand objectives between 2006 and 2008.
The solution:
Using their proven 5i model, Kiss developed a strategic marketing plan for Pleasurewood Hills that identified critical product development and brand issues to resolve, as well as highlighting attractive market opportunities for future developments.
The marketing plan was then implemented for year one which included innovative design projects for mixed media campaigns, a redesign of their website and an extensive regional public relations programme.
The result:
An excellent trading performance considering the very wet weather experienced during August. The theme park was recently voted Best Attraction 2006 by the Sunrise Coast and Kiss is now in the process of implementing year two of the plan.
